I already wrote the same post into the displayfusion steam section, nevertheless maybe will someone with an idea read it here.
I got the following Problem:
When DisplayFusion is running and i have a twitch stream (or other flash based application, e.g.: youtube video) running on my 2nd monitor i'm getting heavy stutters ingame. If i close DF the problem disappears and if i close youtube, twitch stream (or something similar) on my 2nd monitor and keep DF working, everything works fine as well.
I have tested, nearly all beta and release version. The Problem appeared the first time after an upgrade from 4.x to 5.x.
For some further understanding i'm using the following setup:
DisplayFusion Pro (tested al lot of different Versions)
Google Chrome (main browser -> issue occurs with other browsers as well)
Intel Core i7 2600k
16GB DDR3 Ram
Asus Geforce GTX Titan
Asus P8Z68 Deluxe
120GB SSD
Asus Xonar D2X
2 TB Seagate HDD
BeQuit 850W - Dark Power Pro
1st - 24" Asus VG248QE (1920x1080 - 144Hz)
2nd - 24" SyncMaster 2443BW (1920x1200 - 60Hz)
Stutters were seen, as explained above, in all tested games (for example: Starcraft 2, Dota 2, Gw2, Diablo 3, Skyrim, BF3 ...)
I can't figure out any solution from my side and i'm a bit frustrated, because i like DisplayFusion a lot and enjoy using it.
If there are any questions, just let me now it and i'll provide you with further information.
Thanks for help!
respectfully
Daniel
Just a quick note, that we've followed up further via your email case. I'll post an update here when we manage to resolve the issue.

I wonder if this is similar to or related to something I am also seeing on the current DF betas:
Any browser-based video playback (YouTube, Vimeo, FunnyOrDie, ComedyCentral (Daily Show/Colbert Report),etc) will play for a bit and then the video playback will freeze for a few seconds (audio is still playing correctly). If I exit out of DF the issue goes away *usually*. Sometimes I have to re-start the browser itself.
I haven't seen this in dedicated/stand-alone video playback programs (VLC, MPC-HC, DVDFab Media Player), nor have I had any issues with any games in this respect.
This has only been in the current stretch of betas. I'm not certain which one it started in, but I suppose I could go back through them and check it one-by-one until I find it again. Any ideas?

Some Updates:
We couldn't isolate where the problem is caused exactly, nevertheless beta 14 and higher of the current DF-Version removed the problem for me completely!
