Using current Stable and 9.7.1 ( Beta 8 )
Triple monitors using window splitting and 3 separate taskbars.

I have two applications that maximize incorrectly.

Windows Remote Desktop (RDP).
When maximized the window will always put the upper 1/10 of any RDP session window above the physical monitor.

MechWarrior Online
When running in Full Window mode and resolution set to span all three monitors, the game will render at the proper resolution but be squished into the leftmost monitor.

Hello,

For RDP, can you head into the function tab in Display Fusion, and assign a key combination for "Maximize Window" and "Maximize window (Ignore monitor splits)" and see if those work?

For MechWarrior Online, could you try the "Maximize Window (Ignore monitor splits) function, and see the result?

Thanks!

"Maximize window (Ignore monitor splits)" works for RDP. I sometimes have to press the shortcut combination a few times as the window hops up and down but it's functional.

For MechWarrior Online both "Maximize window (Ignore monitor splits)" and "Span Window Across all Monitors (Force Span)" have no effect. In fact it seems that Display Fusion interacts with programs through the Windows Title Bar and since this game is running Full Window is simply can't see it?

Hello,

Just to clarify, are you running the game in fullscreen, or windowed mode?

Thanks!

The game is running in "Fullscreen Window" mode where the game is technically running in a window but from what I can tell the border and title bar has been disabled and the game area shifted so that it appears fullscreen. This gets rid of the huge performance hit and monitor reyncing when alt-enter/alt-tabbing back to other apps.

It's not a huge issue as I can just disable Display Fusion when playing. But it is something that wasn't an issue a few months back and was hoping there was an easy fix.

Hello,

Interesting, can you try opening the compatibility settings in Display Fusion, adding in the application, and checking off "Disable application hooks" and see if the issue persists?

Thanks!
