When updating to a new version of DF, the installer requires a reboot on Windows 7 x86, but not a reboot on Windows 7 x64. Bug in installer? Should it not require a reboot on x64 as well?

When DisplayFusion exits it tries to unload the system hooks, but some applications won't let go fast enough. This results in the hook DLL staying in use while the new installer runs and can't replace the required files. This results in a reboot being required. It doesn't matter what version of Windows you are using, it can happen in any version. Ideally all applications will let go quickly, but in some cases a reboot is required.
