The question is in the title !
Is it possible to disable the loading blue wheel of the mouse when the image is changing with the slideshow in the backgound ?

In the DisplayFusion Advanced Settings, you can enable "Wallpaper: Use Internal Wallpaper Processing", and it should prevent that from happening.
