Firefox and Explorer have a funky tendency to minimize or restore random windows, when reloading a session after a reboot.
There's a command for minimizing all windows, but is there a way to maximize all of them?
There isn't, but I can certainly add this to our feature request list. We'll let you know if/when we're able to implement it :)
Thanks!
