Hello,

I've had DisplayFusion for a number of years and have greatly appreciated its suite of functionality.

About 48 hours ago I started noticing an issue on my secondary monitor taskbars with some kind of misalignment when trying to left click on the 'speaker' icon to bring up the volume/sound output options.

The problem is thus:

I have a three monitor setup. The central monitor is a 32" 4k monitor, whilst the two 'wing' monitors are both 27" 1440p monitors.

When I left click on the speaker icon in the taskbar on the central 32" screen, it functions fine. The context menu is displayed correctly and in the correct location.

However when I attempt to left click the speaker icon on either of the side monitors (on the displayfusion taskbar) the context menu briefly flashes up on the CENTRAL screen with about 1cm missing from the right hand side of it (see image 1) and then about 0.5 - 1 second later the context menu relocates itself to the secondary monitor that I actually clicked on, but displays as if that 1cm area which was missing on the primary monitor is cut off (See image 2).

I apologise for what must be a rather cumbersome explanation, but the end result is that the right hand end of the sound/volume pop-up menu has been cut off when attempting to access it on either of my secondary monitors. This has the unfortunate effect of making it a bit difficult to select appropriate output devices or determine the 'volume' value on the slider.

I note that this issue does not occur when I close displayfusion and revert to the Windows taskbar on secondary monitors.

I hope the attached images help with illustrating the problem.

Any help in troubleshooting the issue would be appreciated!

Thank you very much.

EDIT: I also note that this same behaviour occurs when left clicking on the 'Network' icon in the taskbar on the secondary monitors, so I am guessing the issue is not limited specifically to the speaker context menu.

Hello,

We are aware of this issue when monitors are set with two different scaling options. I've noted down your contact information, so we'll be sure to let you know if we have any news on it going forward.

Thanks!
