I have a two monitor setup, the monitor to the left being the main or primary monitor and the right the secondary. I'm having a couple problems, and I'm hoping even that even if I can't resolve one through display fusion settings someone may have an answer, so bear with me.

When I'm using both monitors, I have WoW on my main screen in windowed full screen mode, and then use my secondary for messenger and firefox.

Whenever you get a new message/email/etc a small notification box will pop up over the taskbar clock on the main monitor, however a lot of the time when it pops up, it will come up under the Wow window. Is there any way to move those pop ups to the secondary monitor (If not, that would be a great useful feature if possible *hint hint wink wink* No pressure)

If there isn't, I'm curious if anyone knows, is there any way to have the pop ups always come up over other windows (It does do this sometimes, but I'm not sure why it does that sometimes but not others)

Second problem I'm having, I have "All windows" for messenger set to open on the secondary monitor, any time I open a message window it opens where it's supposed to, but if anyone sends me a message the new window opens on the primary monitor. I've tweaked and tryed to fix the settings, but am having no luck.

It's a little frustrating, if I get a message while my wow window is open, it pops up underneath that window, so unless I happen to hear the little message sound I don't notice/know I've gotten a message. What am I missing here that I can't get messages to open on the secondary monitor.

I'd like to see this functionality too as I have the same issue. I don't believe it's related to DisplayFusion however as I saw the same behavior whenever I had a Remote Desktop session opened in full screen mode. My notifications would not always pop up over the full screen window. Even if I moved the app to the other monitor.

If we could get the notifications to popup on both monitors, that would be fantastic!

I've added the feature request for the notification popups. Not 100% sure if it's possible to do but we'll check it out.

As for the new message windows not getting moved to the correct screen, I've confirmed the issue, and we'll see if there's anything we can do to fix it or work around it.

Thanks!

Has this been fixed? I'm new to display fusion, i've tried window location. but every reboot, it brings my yahoo messenger list to second monitor - Bottom right monitor (want it on 4th monitor - top right monitor) and if i get a yahoo message it FLASHES on first monitor (bottom left monitor/main monitor) then jumps to where it should be/4th monitor.

Having the same issue with wordpad. if i have a wordpad on my desktop ive already opened/saved it keeps jumping it to my 3rd monitor - top left monitor. i'd like it to stay on bottom left monitor/main monitor) Now if i open a new instance of wordpad then it opens on bottom left monitor/main monitor

Thanks For Any Clarification

I believe these issues might be different from what the original poster was referring to.

Could you please repost your request as a new topic (we don't have a way to split topics yet), and also include a copy of the info from the Troubleshooting tab in the DisplayFusion Settings so that I can test out your Window Location rules here?

Thanks!
