I have 3 27" 1440p monitors at home. not much customization on my task bars. But at work i use the customization a little more.
When i remote into my Citrix desktop i set it to full monitor mode and it scaled 3 monitors perfectly. It is a windows 7 desktop that i do nothing on.
From the Citrix Desktop i RDP /span into my work computer where 3 1080p monitors reside with Display fusion and some custom taskbar shortcuts
My only issue is the task bars are reversed and inverted. the Icons are collapsed to the wrong side, but actually it is monitors 1 and 3 that are switched.

Thank you for the fast reply, sir. i should note that currently the task-bars are stuck in the swapped positions. this is due to my messing around trying to get it to work from home. I am so busy i rarely get to reboot my machine. I am going to reboot this morning. get the task bars back like they should be , then re-submit logs and screenshots to you for better understanding, if necessary.
Also i was just about to ask.. then i saw "Protect these attachments.." NICE !

Thanks! According to the troubleshooting info, everything should be in the right spot, which is definitely weird! Could you send me a full desktop screenshot for both RDP and local as well?

Sure thing. Is there a way to get the taskbars back where i want them. You actually are correct, in that , both sessions are identical now, but both sessions are also wrong. if i could insta swap the left and right taskbars, then it would be awesome.
Anyway you will see in the attachment that the left most screen should be on the right.(the wallpaper and the taskbar with Icons.
The Right most wallpaper and Icons should be on the LEFT.
I hilighted the display fusion custom Taskbar shortcuts so that you didnt get them confused with my work mess. the middle taskbar is just Windows.
Im at work now, so i can't get RDP sreen shot. but it looks the same.

Great! that worked perfectly. but it is the weekend and i am remote now. I will see what the bars do the next time i am at my desktop. even if they are not sticking in the right place that simple reg edit can be scripted by a guy like me, so i can have it as a shortcut in the future.
Thank you for the fast reply, and expert assistance.!
UPDATE:
Looks like everything is sticking in place now.. man this is so sweet! i went to work and rebooted the computer after doing the registry change you said. I am now at home, and remoting in, and the bars stayed in place like they should!

Hey sir! You helped me with this in the past, but now it is back, for some reason but not as badly. The taskbars are all in the place they should be but my windows are saved one window shifted to the left. so the windows are opening up in the wrong place when i remote into my main computer. I will dig around in the registry to see if i can fix it. I am not sure which montitors in the equation actually matter lol.
my setup:
At work: 3 27" 1440p monitors with Display Fusion installed.
At home : Same thing
In between: Citrix virtual desktop Windows 10, with RDP on it.
I connect and login to my Citrix desktop, and set it to full screen.
Then from that desktop (inside my work datacenter), I RDP into my workstation in the office.
This way i get the exact same experience at home as I do at work.
I am not sure if i set something wrong in the last year, but now when I rdp in,
the Windows that should be in Center monitor are on the left. Right most windows are in the center, etc. Everything shifts to the left.
Do you have Trigger rules setup for those windows?

Yupp. afraid so. I forgot i did those in response to windwos getting stuck behind my taskbars, which i keep at the top.

If you disable that "Window Created" Trigger, does that fix it up?

Okay, i think that did it. last couple of days when i remote in the windwos are where i left them, i think.

Thank you. I just logged in from my RDP session @ 9:47. All the indows are collapse to the center screen this time. I moved a couple to the other monitors before remembering you wanted to see logs again.

Thanks! I don't see any entries in the log that would indicate that DisplayFusion moved the windows. If you exit DisplayFusion, this doesn't happen?

Thank you for taking the time sir! Well, we can close the thread but i wanted to leave you with what i last did to correct the issue. I run 3 monitors everywhere, and the ID always gets scrambled. Im still not sure how harware enumerates that. Anyway, I swapped the cables on my monitors at home so that the monitor that displays the POST info is in the center. I always notice when it is not. Somehow that low level enumeration has something to do with all this. It is like hardware, OS, software. I do the same at work, and now everything sticks. the windows are always on the correct screen when i jump into my work machine from home via Citrix Desktop--> RDP Windows --> Work Desktop.
