just bought product, no email, not contact nothing, have I just been ripped off, luckily I paid by paypal so I can request a cancellation if I have heard nothing in 24 hours, why dont we get a confirmation email straight away (yes I have checked my JUNK box...) - have sent two emails and nothing from support, usesless.

Hi, I managed to get it all setup, I logged on using the account I bought the lic with and the key was there (xxxxxXXXXXX@outlook.com)

Please can you cancel the lic I bought on the wrong email xxxxx.XXXXXX@outlook.com

Thank you for sorting everything out for me, I still think that why you buy a license you should email the customer straight away just to acknowledge it at least, I still havent got an email yet, I had to logon to get my Key but I have had emails from support. Otherwise very happy with the service.
