About 15 minutes ago I paid for the Pro version. After payment, I followed a link back to the website. I landed on a page that did not contain any information about what to do next. Likewise, the confirmation email from paypal did not contain any instructions about how to active the pro version.

So, where is my license key? How do I upgrade from the trial version? What do I do?

You should have received an email from support@binaryfortress.com that had the following instructions:

Thank you for registering DisplayFusion!

To enter your License Key in DisplayFusion:
1. Right-click on the DisplayFusion icon in the system tray
2. Click on 'Enter a License Key'
3. Copy and paste your License Key into the box provided
4. Presto, you're now running DisplayFusion Pro!


If you didn't receive this email please let me know, as this is the email that will contain your registered license key.

I received such an email 15 days ago, after downloading the trial version. However, I have not received one since my purchase of the Pro version this morning. I only received a confirmation from Paypal.

Thanks. I just now received the email and all is well again. It took a few hours to get it, but it might be a Comcast problem on my end.

I resent the license email again, maybe the first one got lost somewhere, caught in a spam filter or just delayed. Glad to hear you received it. :)

I had a similar experience. I paid for the pro upgrade Fri. morning (May 2) and haven't received the email from support@binaryfortress.com. I also checked my spam directory.

My email is cynic783 at gmail dot com

Dan: I found your registration and it looks like you paid using an echeck through PayPal. Normally those take 5-10 business days to clear, but I have gone ahead and sent you your license key anyway - I trust it will go through. :)
