I get an error message that the F12 key combination I set is already being used, and the program will not launch.
Is there a way to clear this key combination, or should I just reinstall?

You should still be able to get into the settings window to change it, but if not, could you export the following registry key and attach it?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Binary Fortress Software\DisplayFusion
