I've never run into that before! Are you switching them to Portrait using the Windows display settings, or the DisplayFusion Monitor Configuration window?

From memory, it was set via Windows' Display Settings. After completely quitting Display Fusion, and updating the settings w/ Windows and then restarting my computer - the issue seems to have been fixed. I'll update if it arises again.

Hello,
I have the same issue but even if the way Gatt fixed the problem works for me, the problem comes back afer switching monitor profiles.

Hope you can help me.
@Skalifrey: In the Settings > Advanced Settings, can you try enabling the "Monitor Configuration: Use Classic Monitor Get/Set Functions" option, then save a couple of new Monitor Profiles and see if you still have trouble when switching between them?
