Windows 10 Pro Build 10130
DisplayFusion Pro 7.2 Beta

The option to "Launch Start Menu shortcuts on current monitor" is greyed out for me both in DisplayFusion and Window taskbar Properties>Navigation tab. Under the navigation tab the entire "Start Screen" field is greyed out.

Probably a problem with windows 10, but just to be sure I thought I'd post here. If anyone knows how to fix it, or if it can be fixed even(at this time), I would greatly appreciate some help! :(

We had it disabled for Windows 8 because there wasn't a way to work, and we haven't had a chance to investigate it in Windows 10 yet. If we can make it work in Windows 10, we'll re-enable that option :)

LETS GO WITH THIS OPTION PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A PAIN IN THE A$$. Opening an app on a remote monitor is a pain when that monitor is not the main screen (prob. almost never is)

While we're at it, is there a way to force newly created or copied files or directories to be forced to appear on a certain monitor? I have a fourth monitor in another room and that's the monitor that the new icons/dirs are being placed. Help! Guess I can just "move" the fourth monitor to the "left side" of the group on my desk, but WHY can't I just have it the other way??

Windows should be creating the desktop icons on the Primary monitor. Unfortunately there isn't a way to force which monitor they get created on.

Regarding programs opening on the wrong monitor, you can create a Window Location rule to force all new windows to open on whichever monitor the mouse cursor is on. Please see the attached screenshot :)
