I have TClock lite with "dd.mm.yyyy, dddd, hh:nn" date time format of windows task bar clock (left side on attached picture);
Next, I have DF's taskbar with "dd.MM.yyyy, dddd, HH:mm" date time format (right side on attached picture).

How about showing "среда" instead of 'Wednesday" based on location settings? Hope, Windows can give this constant from registry or some winapi function call.

Windows XP SP3 English with "Standarts and formats" and "Location" setup to "Russian" in Regional and Language Options.
