Please see attachment. Is there any way I can position custom taskbar buttons so they are not interfering with native taskbar buttons? I'd much prefer to be able to put all custom buttons right in the center.

Hi David,
You can change the positions globally through the DisplayFusion Advanced Settings, under "Button Offset: Horizontal/Vertical", or per application, via the DisplayFusion Settings > Compatibility tab.
