Hi,

I installed AOE2:HD, and I wanted to lock the mouse cursor to the game-window. However the mouse is allowed to move outside of the game into the actual borders of the window/form. I'm sure some people might want that, but I want the mouse constrained to the actual game.

Currently I can resize the window or accidentally press the close button in the top-right of the game while scrolling through the game

Rest of software is awesome of course, keep it up!

You can adjust the X,Y values for the mouse cursor locking in the DisplayFusion Advanced Settings. Under the General section, look for the "Mouse Cursor Lock to Window: Change X/Y" options. If the window border is standard Windows 7 chrome, your values will be something like -32 for X, and -10 for Y, though you may want to play with those values a bit to get it exactly the way you want it :)

Hope that helps!

I need a higher value for the top title bar, but then I can't reach the bottom anymore ;-). It would work if I could enter different values for top, left, right, bottom though. But is there no way to automatically calculate the correct values? Not all Windows Forms have the same height etc

Good point! I'm not sure if it can be auto-detected, but we'll definitely investigate it further. I'll be sure to post an update when we have more news.

Thanks!

I thought they already added an X1, and Y1 a while ago to the beta? so you could adjust all 4 sides? Though looking at it now, i no-longer see those options? did they scrap it or something?

It used to just be one setting for all four sides, and in recent betas we changed it to separate X and Y options. I've got it on our list to change it to separate settings for all four sides now, so I'll be sure to post an update when that's been implemented :)

We've released DisplayFusion 5.1 Beta 16 (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/), and you can now specify separate offsets for all four sides for the mouse cursor locks in the Advanced Settings.

Thanks!
