Win 7Pro, DF Standard

I'd like to have my media center (J River) play movies full screen on my TV (no task bar), which is part of my extended monitor.

Preference is to define a button (pixel size limits?), and when clicked, it opens up my media center full screen on the TV
(monitor 2).

How do I make this happen?

How do I bring media center back to my PC monitor when done, other than drag it?
