Maximize window on split window trigger not working

Hi,
I'm trying to have firefox launch in maximized window side by side on a split monitor but the trigger is not working. I need to also have the application launch in the same monitor as the taskbar its pinned to.

I'd be glad to look into this for you. Could you attach a copy of your troubleshooting info?
Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
Click the "Export Info to File" button
Reply with the file attached
