I have a program, opened from the taskbar or desktop, set to open maximized. However the program opens, flickers to maximized, then flickers down to a smaller window. I've tried applying properties, and closing from the maximized view with Alt-Exit (I read that somewhere) but nevertheless it doesn't seem to hold the maximized property. Is there anything I can/should do? Thanks

I have it Maximized in the shortcut. I don't really know what a trigger rule is....

Ah... I think I found the trigger rule. I think it works for what I wish - I'll keep looking at it. In fact it wasn't too hard - I guess I'm not that much of a luddite...
