If you downloaded DisplayFusion 12.0 and are having issues with languages please re-download and re-install. We have repacked the release as 12.0c with the languages fixed.
It sounds like the installer didn't detect your version of Windows correctly. Are you able to run DisplayFusion now, or does this come up every time you try to run it?
I can run it through the little box at the top of the window that opens up into list of options if you right click it but if I try to open it it still says that
