With other functions, e.g. keep window on same monitor and minimize or Move window to next monitor and minimize. Basically all the options you have for Maximize already.
I know you can just use WIN-Key + M to Minimize in place, but all my shortcut keys use Left CTRL + Left Alt + Command-Key for my actions and it would be nice to move windows around and then minimize all in one sequence without having to move my hands.
I have thought about separating the maximize/minimize function so that you can pair it with any of the other functions. This is a big undertaking though, I have it currently planned for early 2011. Sorry that I can't help you out right now, but it will come in the next 6 months.
