If you downloaded DisplayFusion 12.0 and are having issues with languages please re-download and re-install. We have repacked the release as 12.0c with the languages fixed.
There are a couple of issues mentioned in that thread, could you clarify the exact problem you're having? Is it that the Outlook taskbar button is moving back to the Primary screen briefly when minimizing?
