After I installed b16, my 'Start Button' preference for the secondary taskbar got reset. It was previously set to 'Disabled' and it reset itself to 'Left' after installing the update. I was able to set it back to 'Disabled' manually.

I just ran the update and my setting remained as Disabled. Odd.
This may be a side effect of us fixing up the monitor ID detection in Windows 7. If the monitor ID's were incorrect before, and are now different because we fixed up the detection in 3.4.0 Beta 16, then you may lose some of the taskbar settings.
If you've customized the taskbar quite a bit, you can rename the numbered keys in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Binary Fortress Software\DisplayFusion\Taskbars registry key.
For example, if my second monitor was previously detected as ID 3, and is now detected as ID 2, I would rename the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Binary Fortress Software\DisplayFusion\Taskbars\3 registry key to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Binary Fortress Software\DisplayFusion\Taskbars\2.
Hope that helps, and sorry for any inconvenience!
