I have read through all the documentation but cannot find out what to do. I am using two monitors and both are correctly identified by Display Fusion. Both are on the same PC but using separate graphics cards. I am using the same wallpaper for both (black).
Everything works ok but that message needs to go
OS is Win7 Pro 64 bit.
Thanks for help in advance Btw.. I did do a search of the forum before starting this thread...honest.
Happy New Year to all

That message shows up if the monitor profile was saved with a different number of monitors. If you open the DisplayFusion Monitor Config and re-save the profile, do you still get that message?

hi, I got the same problem with the annoying popup, but I cannot solve it just resaving the profile, since the number of my monitors change when I turn on or off my third monitor (a tv monitor)
so when I launch profile for using only my desktop monitors sometime I launch it with the tv on, sometimes it is off, so most of the time I have to click on the popup to resave the profile. I could use different profiles for when the tv is on or off, but then I would not be able to use a single hotkey to activate the profile.

@Pier: You can disable the prompt using the "Monitor Configuration: Don't Show 'different number of monitors' Prompt" option in the Settings > Advanced Settings window :)
