Monitor fading on secondary monitor causes mouse cursor to become visible every second or so on the primary monitor where Steam Big Picture is running using an X-Box controller. Normally when using a controller the mouse cursor is hidden.
Is this a known issue and is there any fix for it?

I was able to reproduce that here. I'll check in with our developers to see if they know whether that would be fixable or not.
We're not 100% sure if it's fixable, but we've put it on our list to look into further. If we're able to fix it in a future update, we'll be sure to let you know.
