Hi!
I've been testing Monitor fading to black out anything outside an active window via a Title Bar button on a large 4k screen to help me concentrate on the activity in the non-maximized active window. I run into two problems and I've been wondering if there might be some existing solutions for them, pls?
-Sometimes I may need to have more then one window visible over the blacked out area. Since only one window can be the active window, this is currently impossible.
-"Child windows" of an active window may become the active window and then the fading blacks out the parent window for the time the child window is active. It is rather unpleasant, though far from a showstopper.
An example:
Copying files in Total Commander
first the copy dialogue becomes active and the original app window is blacked out
then as you start copying, the copy dialogue window is the only one visible, the original app window is blacked out, which is rather weird
any overwrite dialogues that may pop up during this process do the same
Any ideas, pls?
:)

Hello,

We currently have a feature request open to add monitor fading functions into our scripts, for more granular control. I've added your vote to it, so we'll be sure to let you know if we have any news on it going forward.

Thanks!
