I recently added a TV as a monitor and noticed that I cannot change the monitor used in the monitor profile when the TV is turned off.
This occurs in profiles that include the TV and also in other profiles that do not include it.
This did not happen before (a long time ago) when I had a projector connected, even if it was not turned on.
How can this be resolved?

I was going to try what you pointed out, but I could no longer reproduce what I initially wrote about under the same conditions.
It was indeed happening until a few days ago, when I could not select the monitor profile that had been created unless I turned on the TV, and with that I could not change the number of monitors.
In other words, the problem seems to have been resolved.
Maybe the conditions are not what I thought they were, or maybe an update has been applied.
