My computer would randomly "lose" my external monitors. I'm not 100% sure it was 9.7.1, but after reverting to 9.7 (Beta 14) - it is happening much less often. I updated my hub driver previously with no luck. I moved some cables around thinking it was my son (he just moved into my office and was kicking the power cord) - no luck. Reverting "seems" to have solved the problem - I've gone more than 5 minutes without losing my monitors again...

I've split this off to a new topic as I think it's different than the other thread. If you're able to update to 9.7 again, would you be able to attach a debug log?

  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Reply with the file attached
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Because of this pop up window thing, I didn't see my account log in and....long story. Can you delete that previous message after you see it? I don't want that log in info out there. Thanks.
