Simply a button to pause wallpaper rotations!

It came to me as I was watching a video in Firefox, every 2 minutes my video would skip. I rather instinctively went to the title bar, but alas, there is no way to get a button with that functionality. So I propose that in the new hotkey window, and extra drop down be made labeled: Wallpaper control. under this would go next random, pause rotation, and who knows, with profiles coming out soon, maybe even options to "like" or "dislike" a picture!

Next random is also there, but it has its own titlebar button. This is about convenience, something we all love DF for.
