My mouse is jumping from Google Chrome when I click on it over to another monitor (not all the time though).
Am using the latest beta and it was doing it before i loaded the beta.

Sorry, I'm not quite clear on what issue you're running into. Is it that you're clicking anywhere on Google Chrome and when you do that, the mouse jumps over to the other monitor? (but Chrome stays where it is?)

Windows 10 - DF8 beta 5 - 3 monitors - Left | Middle (primary) - Right
My mouse jumps from the left side of my left monitor to the top middle of my right monitor. (see gif recording)

I unchecked "Prevent mouse cursor from snagging" & restarted. This seems to have fixed the issue.

EDIT: The mouse jumping started again... :|

Wow, that's strange! Do you have either of the mouse wrapping options enabled on the Settings > Window Management tab?

If you could send over a debug log, that would be great. Here are the steps:
  • On the Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L2: Log Detailed"
  • Restart DisplayFusion
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Send us the DisplayFusion.log and DebugInfo.html files (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Sorry for the delay. I followed your instructions & attached the log.
I'm sure I captured the error at 18:43.
I looked at the log data & there's a ton at that time, but I'm sure you guys know how to parse it. (:

Picture Mouse Settings attached. (I've tried all kinds of variations on these settings, but the only thing that really makes it stop is turning off DF)

Thanks Kristopher! Could you attach a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:
  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button
  • Paste the text into a text file (please don't paste the text directly into your reply, the formatting gets garbled and makes it difficult to parse)
  • Reply with the file attached

Sorry for the delay. I attached the troubleshooting file.
I also figured out that it only happens when "Wrap mouse cursor around left/right monitor edges" is checked.

TY!

Thanks Kristopher! What's weird is that the troubleshooting info is reporting the system scaling level being 125%, but all of the monitors are reported as 100%. I think that is the source of the problem. Could you try a full reboot, then send me a new copy of the troubleshooting info so that I can compare them?

Again, sorry for the delay.

My mouse jumping issue if fixed! Thank you!

I wasn't clear on what you meant, so I started searching and found this:
https://www.thurrott.com/windows/windows-10/4597/windows-10-feature-focus-display-scaling

I didn't know there were two places to adjust scaling.
1. In Display Settings for each monitor (I had set to 100%)
2. In Advanced Display Settings for the entire system (Was set to 125%)

I changed #2 to 100% and have not seen the mouse jumping problem since.

Thanks again, Keith!
