I have the mouse locked to my secondary display (which doesn't rotate)
and I have a hotkey that applies a new monitor configuration that Converts my Primary display from Landscape to portrait

After this Occurs the boundary's of the lock are Skewed and Should be re-applied automatically

Also It seems that windows disables auto-rotation when a second display is detected. I was hoping that you guys would potentially re-enable this feature?

We'll look into what it would take to re-calculate the bounds on the fly. In the meantime, you could do a Scripted Function that unlocks the mouse cursor, changes the monitor profile, then re-locks it :)

As for the auto-rotation, unfortunately that's not something we can modify with DF :(
