Is anyone else having problems with the mouse scrolling of windows under (not selected) the mouse? It was working fine in the latest betas, but now in 5.1 it does not work most of the time for me. Some applications have been flagged in the support discussions (e.g. IE), but I am experiencing it with most applications.
Is there a fix? Should I go back to the latest previous beta, which worked fine for me? This is one of the best features of DisplayFusion for me.
Does the mouse scrolling work some of the time or not at all? Is it always broken with the same applications or just randomly?

It seems random with some applications. So for example, the first place I saw the problem was with Quicken. If I have Quicken open, the scroll does not work. I also had the problem with IE. It does not happen all the time with every program, but seems to be related to which combination of programs is open.
That's interesting, would you be able to let me know the exact combination of applications cause this? I would just need to know:
- Which application window is focused?
- Which application is the mouse cursor over that won't scroll?
