Hello,
I have a 4k and a 1080p monitor with the taskbars on the right (see attached) and I hate when I go to open a program or the start menu and my mouse disappears all the way down to my other monitor. Seeing the other threads about changes to this feature don't make this request sound very promising, but I would appreciate it if there was an option to disable the first 500 pixels or 10% of the edge of the screen so that the mouse only wraps if you intentionally go down to an active part.
Thank you for the wonderful software in the meantime!

When I got that problem I found this silly solutions:
I just slided (secondary) down 50%.
Obtaining:
The first half right side, on primary, a wall to the mouse,
while the bottom part allowed me to traverse it to the other monitors.

Would a window lock work? Would bind the mouse to that window (or monitor i think) with a hotkey. Or automatic detection.

Hey Guys,
I have my monitors how they are aligned physically so the mouse transition makes sense. My apologies for the bad explanation but I was attempting to convey that I would like the mouse to only move when the cursor reaches the edge around where I have a selection box drawn on the desktop, so that when trying to reach the start menu or other program the mouse does not go on its own adventures.
Thanks,
Michael

I'm assuming you have the "Prevent mouse cursor from snagging" option enabled on the Mouse Management tab? If you disable that, the mouse will only move where the monitors are actually "touching" in the monitor configuration, but I think you're asking for a kind of hybrid of both, right? You want "Prevent mouse cursor from snagging" enabled, but only when a certain distance from the corner?

Hello Keith,
That is exactly what I meant! Sorry for explaining it poorly. I know it isn't a priority, but it would be a neat feature to have for those who have displays of varying size.
Thanks,
Michael
No worries! It's not something we're planning at the moment, but if we're able to implement it in a future version we'll definitely let you know.
Thanks!
