Are you monitors different resolutions? I run into this with people that have a laptop display and a monitor. If your mouse is below the bottom of the second monitor while still on the first monitor, it won't move over to the second monitor.

That's a reasonable diagnosis, but doesn't fit my scenario. Both monitors are the same resolution, and when this happens, the mouse is usually just an inch or two from the top of the screen.
I'm having the same issue with two different users. identical dual monitors at same resolution, running windows 7 64 bit. Since installing 3.3.1 - occasionally mouse will not cross to other monitor. the only recourse is to exit Display Fusion and then all works well. I've removed and reinstalled on both machines 2 weeks ago and one of them exhibited the same behavior today.
Tomorrow I will remove 3.3.1 and then install 3.3.0 and monitor for a couple of weeks and repost.
To note, I have about 15 other users with identical configs that have never experienced this issue so its a bit of a stumper.
I forgot to post an update on Tom's issue which we resolved via email. His Windows display settings had the monitors positioned slightly offset vertically.
@Ingo: There is a HotKey in DisplayFusion that allows the mouse cursor to be locked to the current monitor. Could you check the HotKeys tab to see if there is a Key Combination assigned to the "Lock/Unlock Mouse Cursor to Current Monitor" HotKey? Note that this was only added in 3.3.1, so if you're still trying out 3.3.0, that HotKey won't exist.
Thanks Keith.
None of the hot keys are enabled. I do this with all my users do to errant key pressing causing grief. I moved her back to 3.3.0 this AM and will monitor. I checked the display settings and both monitors are at identical resolutions with no offset.
In an effort to cleanup the DisplayFusion Discussions, this topic is being marked as Complete as it hasn't received a response for more than 30 days. If you're still having trouble and would like some help, just let me know!

My mouse won't travel to second monitir but programs when opened will, how do I fix this? Ijust replaced one monitor.
This still happens on our various desktops randomly and rarely. Nothing shows up in the event log and there is no discernable reason. Sometimes it won't cross from right to left, other times from left to right. The only way to change the behavior is to exit Display Fusion. Once it restarts all is good.
Yes, it is disabled. None of my installs has it checked. I've had this happen with various versions of the software - 3.3.1 through 3.4.1
No idea what causes it. it's a very minor annoyance and my users have been educated on how disable and re-enable Display Fusion to resolve the issue. Our machines are loaded with a variety of productivity apps and I have yet to find a common thread. I will keep looking, however, and post if I learn anything.
Ok sounds good, sorry I can't be of more help. I've never run into this issue, or had any other customers report it
If you do find a common piece of software that's installed on the machines that is causing the issue, definitely give me a shout and I will test it out here as well.
