It used to work fine when i first installed the app, but now i does not work. i haven't change anything and does not matter where i launch it from, either launching it from taskbar, shortcut, from anywhere, it does not work.
Another thing that happens to me is that when i launch chrome for example from my second monitor, but its already running in my main monitor, new window opens in main monitor, but i read somewhere that's how it works, is it or it should still be launched on second monitor?

This setting only applies to the first process opened for each application. Are you looking to have every window opened, move to your current monitor?

If you create a trigger like the one I've attached below, it should move any opened windows to the monitor your mouse cursor is currently on.
