I'm having a problem with "move window to next monitor (MWNM)" and "move window to next monitor and maximize (MWNMM)". the problem is that when i use this function maximized windows switch monitors, but either don't stay maximized (MWNM). Or won't maximize in the first place (MWNMM). I'm not sure if this is a problem with DFP or my pc but any help would be appreciated. I will provide any diagnostics related information required.

If you could attach a copy of the info from the Settings > Troubleshooting tab, and also list a few of the applications that this issue occurs with, that would be great! With that info, I should be able to test it out here and we can proceed from there :)

Thanks!

Thanks! On a fresh reboot of windows, do those Functions work correctly for a bit before they stop working? Or do they not work at all, even after a fresh reboot?

Ok, interesting! Would you be able to do the following to help troubleshoot further?
  • Enable debug logging on the Troubleshooting tab (set it to Logging: Important Only) and click Apply
  • Restart DisplayFusion
  • Reproduce the issue (please note the time so I'll know where to look in the log file)
  • Send me the %appdata%\DisplayFusion\DisplayFusion.log file (can be found by clicking the 'Open Log' button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending me the log
Thanks!
