Hi!
My key combinations won't work.
  • I've tried to change the key combinations around.
  • Rebooted my computer.
  • Made sure the "Enable Key Combination" is ON. Even tried to disable it.
  • Read thru this post :
    "Monitor Profiles Key Combinations not working"
  • Im using Win 10 with; Version 21H2, OS Build 19044.1949.
    Ill attach my exported profile aswell.
    Pls halp!

    Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

    • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
    • Click the "Export Info to File" button
    • Reply with the file attached

    Thanks for sending that over, everything looks good there. I tested your backup on my end as well, it seemed to work fine. It looks like you're using the number pad for your hotkeys, do you have num lock enabled on your keyboard?

    Also, are you using any other 3rd party applications that might be interfereing with those key combinations?

    Thanky you so much for looking at my backup Mr.Muhlethaler!
    After some more troubleshooting i just solved the issue.
  • It seems like i have a winkey lock function on my keyboard.
    So i just pressed WIN + FN and just like that everything worked again.
    Had no idéa this even existed untill now.
  • Feels kind of silly beeing such benign issue, but hey that's what did it in the end.
