I have read through a lot of threads, but didn't find any answer to the only question I have:

Can DF automatically move a window to a monitor, as soon as it connects? I have looked at profiles, but couldn't see anything that would suggest this.

I have a HTPC with XBMC and would like to move XBMC to the big screen, as soon as I turn on the AVR and the Projector.

You can use the Window Location feature to automatically move specific application windows to a monitor when they are opened:
http://www.displayfusion.com/Help/#settings-windowlocation

This should work perfectly with XBMC, just setup the rule for the XBMC exe file and point it at monitor #2. :)

John, this is the problem I described in my post about locations.; I just tried again, following instructions exactly (I hope) but still cannot get any windows to open on a selected monitor.
I must be doing something wrong but do not have a clue about what it is.

Can you try removing the text from the Command Line box? That's only used for matching specific command line parameters with some programs, and should be left blank under normal usage.
