I have to exit DisplayFusion in order for right-click second level menus to work. Is this a known issue? As soon as I exit they work again until I start DisplayFusion again.

Windows 10 64bit
MS Office 365 Access

Note: I am always fighting with windows on top. Can't get it to behave.

Hello,

Strange, could you send over a video of the issue happening?

Thanks!

Hey Owen, thanks for your reply. I finally saw the problem again with time to record it. And, while recording it suspected it was "Window Always on Top" setting. Learned that if an application is always on top then a second level context menu will hide behind. At least with Microsoft Access. Here is a video I took showing the problem and then the fix when I use the hot key to toggle the On Top window. :) https://www.screenpresso.com/=zW1N

Hello,

Thanks for sending that over, nice find on the "Always on top" issue! Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:
  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached

Thanks!

Here you go! Let me know if I can be of any future help, i.e. testing beta version with fix, etc.

Thanks for sending that over. I can't seem to reproduce this on my end, can you try updating to our latest beta and see if the issue persists? Here's the link: https://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/ (You can install it directly over top of your current install).

Let me know how that works.

Thanks!
