Strange! I'm not able to reproduce that here. Would you be able to backup your settings (Settings > Options > Export) and attach them as well?

Thanks! I wasn't able to reproduce that issue here even with using your settings. If you click the "Reset all taskbars" button on the Settings > Taskbar tab, does that fix it up?

Ok, if you open regedit and navigate to the key below, is there a value in the right pane called "MinWidth"? If so, can you try deleting it (or just rename it to MinWidth_Old) and then restart DisplayFusion?

That was it, I think I might have changed it once back on Windows 8, and it seems to not have an effect on Windows 10. Thanks!

I had the same problem on windows 11.
Just in case somebody is searching the web and finds this thread.

Much appreciated. This fix solves the issue for me, too.

EDIT: Only works until you reboot, unfortunately. The reg key returns.
EDIT2: Explorer Patcher is setting the key to 38 upon starting.

Are you running any software that modifies the Windows taskbar, like ExplorerPatcher or 7+ Taskbar Tweaker?

Sorry, disregard my last message, didn't see your update about ExplorerPatcher setting MinWidth. We'll have a fix for this for the next beta
