There appears to be a bug when running DisplayFusion 9.3 or 9.4 (beta) where having a different image on each monitor no longer functions. Currently DisplayFusion sets (in my case) both monitors to have the same image. Any modifications to the primary screens image is replicated to the other screen.
If you logout of Windows and back in, does it work correctly again for a while?
