Win Xp Home on Dell Dimension 5000

A new directory was created in My Documents root folder called Display Fusion Backups when updating to ver 3.4.1
Contains one file - a registration entry
File name is "DisplayFusion Backup (current date @current time, 3.4.1.0, computername, Auto)"
Current date/time being the time of the upgrade being done
File size 25Kb

? what is it, and do I need it as the upgrade installation seems OK.
?can I move it somewhere else - I try and keep my root top level directory entries down to a reasonable level
