So, the idea here is to change my wallpapers based on the application I am using at the time. Specifically, I use Adobe CC, and remembering the more esoteric shortcuts is pretty tough. I would like to change the background to reflect the app that has focus. On one monitor I would use a wallpaper of the shortcut list and the other just a nice background image, color-coordinated with the app in use.
As a non-design use of such a function, wallpaper could be changed to reflect some other important condition, as a warning for instance ---"The application you are using must be logged out of when not at your computer."
I can't seem to see how this might be achieved, but I am very open to the idea that I am wrong. If there is no way though, I think this would make a great addition to DF.
You can actually do this with a Trigger rule. On the Settings > Triggers tab, create a rule that uses the "Window Focused" event, select your application in the Process Filename box, and then do Add > Run Function, and choose "Load Wallpaper Profile: Your Profile Name."
Hope that helps!
