I am running Windows 10x64 Pro Build 18363.449 V1909 with an Nvidia GeForce 980 Ti graphics card and driver v432.00. I have three monitors in configuration of 1(portrait)-3(landscape)-2(landscape). (Prior to 30-Oct, all three monitors were in landscape position.) As shown in the attached pic I have monitors 1 and 2 split via DF with a solid color assigned to 1.1 and 2.1 and a common wallpaper for 1.2, 3, and 2.2.

Since flipping monitor 1 to portrait, the common wallpaper on all three monitors is a bit blurry. Plus monitor section 1.2 does not properly emulate the other 2 monitors' wallpaper rendering.

It appears that DF calculates the size of the wallpaper for all monitors based on the total size of monitor 1 instead of just portion 1.2.

Can you assist with guidance as to how to resolve this blurry issue?

The blurryness is because the image is being stretched vertically due to the portrait monitor. You'd need to have an image that has a tall enough height resolution for the Portrait so that it doesn't need to stretch it.

I'm not sure what you mean by this, could you elaborate?
