That's really strange! If you create a Compatibility rule (Settings > Compatibility) for NT8, and in the rule, enable the "Disable Application Hooks" option, does that make any difference? Note that you'd need to fully restart NT8 after adding the rule.

Hello Keith,
I created the Compatibility rule for NT8 as you said. Now NT8's windows behave as if DisplayFusion is not running: they ignore the split layout and maximize to the full desktop area. And the maximize/minimize buttons behave correctly. Is there any more option to make those windows work as desired?
Unfortunately there isn't really anything that can be done from our end. DisplayFusion needs to hook the application to make it stay within monitor splits, and for a few other features. Some applications don't respond well to being hooked (even if the hook code is empty) for whatever reason. I'm surprised that the NT developers weren't able to reproduce your issue. If they'd be up for giving us a trial that we could test with, we could have a quick look to see if there's anything we can do.

Keith,
NinjaTrader is free for basic usage. Only advanced usage requires to buy a license. You can download it from here: http://ninjatrader.com/GetStarted
You only need to fill some form, then select "NinjaTrader 8 (Beta)".

Hello Keith,
NinjaTrader released the next beta version, NT8 b7. It seems they fixed the abnormal windows behavior, but there is one small issue anyway. The windows located at the top of any split cell lose their previous positions and sizes after maximizing and restoring. The ones located at the bottom of a split cell remember their positions and sizes. Is it another NT's bug or what?
That's strange! Does that only happen with NT8, or does it happen with other applications as well?

You are right, Keith, I hadn't checked that with other applications. They behave the same way. Is it Windows 10's bug? And is it possible to fix that?
BTW, every time I start FireFox its window doesn't remember its previous position exactly, it is shifted diagonally a little to the center of my Eyefinity area, and I have to press its maximize button to make it fit the split sell.
And one more thing. When I open another instance of FireFox on the same or on another desktop it doesn't remember any previous position at all.

Hello Keith,
please, fix the issue with the windows located at the top of a split cell. It's very inconvenient to not have the ability to restore their size and position after maximizing.
Thank you in advance!

Hello Keith,
When will you fix the issue? Beta 6 -- still the same.
Still working on it, sorry! I can't offer an ETA at the moment.

v8.0 already, and the bug is still there. It's a shame, Keith. The bug is very annoying and very simple to fix. When will you fix it?

Hi Keith,
What's the problem? Why don't you fix the issue with incorrect restoring window size and position when it's at the upper border of a split? 8.1 b2 has the same issue.
