Ok, so I don't understand what changed, but I used to have the Display Fusion Photos Screen Saver on both of my Windows 7 machines when the desktop was locked. Now, on both of these machines Photos is not an option for "Screen Saver at Windows Login Screen" and on one of my machines when it is locked, I get nothing (no screen saver) when set to No Screen Saver, but on the other one, which is also set to No Screen Saver, I get the Display Fusion Photos Screen Saver when the desktop is locked.
Both work fine when the desktop is not locked.
The Help file still says only Blank and Photos are allowed for the "Screen Saver at Windows Login Screen", FYI.

Thanks! From the troubleshooting info it looks to be configured correctly. To double-check, when you're testing this, are you logging into your machine, then locking it using Win + L, or are you just booting up the machine and not logging in, then waiting for the screen saver to start?
Ok, would you be able to send me a backup of your settings? You can export them using Settings > Options > Export.
Thanks!

I understand how it works. The "Screen Saver at Windows Login Screen" works as it should. What does not work, and just on this one machine, is when I'm logged in, but have locked the desktop, I get no screen saver at all (stays on the lock screen).
Ah, gotcha, sorry for the misunderstanding! Something could be preventing the machine from entering an idle state. Can you run the following command at an elevated prompt to see if there are any processes or drivers that are requesting the machine to stay active?
powercfg /requests

I can't test it when the desktop is locked, but that's not the issue, because if I set "Screen Saver at Windows Login Screen" to Black Hole, for example, that is what comes up when the desktop is locked (logged in, but locked).

I think I figured out the problem - the issue occurs when the desktop is locked from an RDP connection.
Sorry for the really late response on this. We had a chance to test this out here, and we can confirm the behaviour you're seeing. However, it's unfortunately a Windows issue that we can't work around. For some reason, when the desktop is locked from an RDP connection like you mentioned, Windows launches that "logon" screen saver, and not the user's screen saver.
Sorry for the bad news!
