On my Windows 7 Pro machine, after installing Display Fusion Pro 9.3 and configuring for 3 monitors, each with a different static wallpaper, each with a taskbar, my nvidia display driver (ver 391.35) crashes every 5 to 10 minutes under regular desktop use and internet browsing causing the screens to blank while the driver recovers (not a gaming machine nor do I watch video, strictly a desktop workhorse). The machine should have plenty of resources, it is an i7 with 32GB ram and 2 GTX760's in non-SLI mode on an Asus workstation board. The machine was 100% stable prior to installing Display Fusion Pro, no driver crashes (or any other crashes). Primary monitor running at 3840x2160 @ only 30hz w/ 32 bit color over HDMI on card 1 and the other two are running at 1920x1080 @ 59 hz w/32 bit color over DVI on card 2. It seemed to crash more when I had the primary monitor at 60Hz but I didn't time test the driver crashes, that was just a "gut" feeling.
One thing is for sure, the more I move windows around and scroll, or even just use the mouse, the more it crashes the driver. When I just sit and type the crashes are pretty few and far between but they do still happen.
Any suggestions to stop this endless driver crashing?
Replied to your support email this morning, but I'll post here as well. If you disable the TitleBar Buttons (Settings > Functions tab) does that make any difference?
