I have one screen split, where the DF taskbar touches the windows taskbar they are now offset, this wasn't always the case and just started after 9.4beta2 was installed. I reverted to 9.3c but the problem still exists.
the image is where two independ3ent monitors and the split bottom monitor touch, you can see the taskbar on the lower left split is offset down.
This appears to happen because the windows taskbar draws all the way across the screen on a reboot, then the DF taskbar tries to draw but the original bar is already there so it shifts down and stays there.

Info file attached.
I have developed a workaround...Move taskbar to position "bottom" then change position to "top". Setting position to "auto" resets the problem and setting position to top after auto doesn't resolve the issue, must be bottom then top.

Thanks! I forgot to ask for a backup of your settings as well, could you attach those too? (Settings > Options > Export will export them to a .reg file)

Thanks! I was able to reproduce it here, but I had to re-create your exact setup to do it. Other similar setups didn't produce the same results, so I think it may be a timing issue related to the number of taskbars that load when DisplayFusion starts or the taskbars have to reload.
We've added it to our list to fix up, and we'll be sure to follow-up when we've gotten it all sorted out.
Thanks!
