I have a 3 screen setup. When I have a windows explorer opened on Monitor 2 and I try to unzip a file by right clicking the file and extract all (Windows 7 Professional) the secondary windows which explorer opens is opening on Montior 1 instead of Monitor 2 where I started the process. This happens with Visual Studio, SQL Express etc.

It would be nice to keep the secondary window on the same screen as you have to keep on going back and forth between the two screens when unzipping the file or doing some programming task and have to drag back to the montior you are working on.
