When using Outlook 2013 or 2016 with DF loaded I get large Windows that entirely white with a title bar related to Word. I cannot close these windows with out right clicking on the title bar and choosing close. That is, the X does not work nor does any of the window controls work.

I have disabled all Outlook extensions and I still have the issue. If I unload DF the problem goes away.
